At the price advertised in OP, we're at 0.368¢ per sheet. The purchase price benchmark by the venerable TofuVic is 0.253¢ which is not even attainable at 15% off S&S. This "deal" fails.

Not a good price as this is actually a price _increase_ (perhaps the same price without the discount). So NOT a slickdeal and not a good price.
