what's the upgraded speed? I thought those require DOCSIS 4?

This is one of the few certified by Comcast for the faster uploads if available in your area. Some places are bumped to 100-200 megs upload now but most of the older docsis 3.0/3.1 modems aren't mid-split compatible and can't upload that fast.

I also had a 10% off manufacturer's coupon that I could redeem by clipping on the product page (YMMV). It stacked with the lightning deal. Total cost before tax $104.99.

Also Comcast may say your area is upgraded when it actually isn't. Mine said it was upgraded for almost a year before it really was. I was renting their modem (for free) that gets their upgraded speeds and online it said I was supposed to get them. Didn't actually happen until a year later when they finally turned it on. So don't trust the website to know if you should buy this or not, check with people around you if they actually get the upgraded speeds.

According to Xfinity - "The new upload speeds in enhanced markets are up to 5–10 times faster than before, ranging from 75–200 Mbps."

Is this modem high-split capable and approved for Charter Spectrum?
