I bought this new about 7 months ago. It failed in that short period of time.

I contact their customer service and they said they only offer a 6 month warranty. How convenient… guess they know their product sucks and so they give a super small warranty period. Products that are good don't have to do bad business ethical practices.

I suggest staying away from anything this company makes.

I got this about 8 months ago...it was rocky at first, but has been solid after the first 2 weeks for unknown reasons. Possible a firmware update pushed by my isp, but idk.
