I'm a longtime Lenovo X1 user, recently transitioned to the Asus Zenbook 14" (based on the very many and helpful SD community comments . This keyboard can give me the thinkpad feel on any device.

Windows and Android (tho a reviewer on Lenovo documents that it works with Mac). Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wireless. USB-C for charging only.

I have this keyboard. It is better than some of the newer thinkpads and all of the non-thinkpad Lenovo keyboards. Only downside is the lack of backlighting. I use mine with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ tablet and it works great.

Agree. Considering what backlighting would do to battery life (and price), it's an acceptable compromise.

Any lag on the Bluetooth connection when typing? I have the older bt model (micro usb charging) and felt the connection to be inconsistent

I've never noticed any lag with my tablet or using the dongle with another computer.

It's pretty much impossible to get a trackpoint anywhere other than Lenovo now. Once you get over the learning curve it's much faster for switching between typing and pointing as you don't really need to reposition your hand.
