Got these last time they went on sale. Replaced ll120 with these and the difference was noticeable. When I turned on the pc I look down at times to see if my pc is booting up

There has to be some compromise. Even if quality, (And I do place a high volume on noise) "on sale" for over $16 for one simple fan is ridiculous. Doesn't even have that useless RGB stuff to market it up. 4x120mm for under $10 are of course going to be trash.

Wholesale these fans are probably like a dollar but good luck getting them for that retail.
