People are going to think this is nonsense but I make homemade teas and have tested with friends and family that my glass pitchers produce better tasting iced teas. Exact same ingredients, amounts and time in the fridge. Both gallon pitchers with air-tight seals, 1 glass, other BPA free plastic.

Consistently, glass always wins out.

For those curious, I've also tested ceramic and saw no noticeable difference from plastic.

The silicone used in this is from China. Their claim to being 100% made in USA is false.

I don't see anywhere in the description where it states "100% made in the USA". A product can be labeled Made in the USA even if it contains minor foreign parts.

Also helps prevent spillage. I have one of these and have knocked it over a number of times since it is tall and narrow. Hasn't broken yet.
