It also uses an extremely inefficient solar charge controller for some reason, which is more specific to EcoFlow's cheaper units, but compared to a really high quality MPPT you will easily sacrifice 30% of your incoming power. Guess EcoFlow decided to save a few $ there, I guess they assumed people will largely use these as power banks rather than to receive solar energy.
Edit: regarding solar charge efficiency, very few reviewers test this spec for some reason, which is infuriating. Or they will just test with a DC power supply lol. So I tested quite a few of the smaller power stations on some panels I own

Still, even this Pro @ ~17 lbs can be easily carried one handed, and it's not too awkward to pick up/set down either. R2 Max is just a good bit lighter/smaller @ ~13 lbs. Fan noise is pretty reasonable, you get pure sine wave output, USB-C 100W in/out, and their solar input is enough to charge itself in just a few hours... these River 2s check off a lot of good-to-have boxes.

CPAP machine while camping.
Tent fan while camping.
Power a router / cable modem / laptop during a power outage.
Run a 1/3 HP to 1/2 HP sump pump for a while during a power outage.
Run a small RV-style 12V cooler/freezer for quite a while while camping or during a power outage.
Run an LCD projector and laptop for a makeshift movie night while camping.
With the surge capability, you could probably even run a chest freezer for a while on this to keep food frozen during a prolonged power outage. My chest freezer's compressor uses about 800+ watts to start, but uses less than 500W continuously while it's running. It doesn't have to run for hours and hours. Just an hour or two of run-time will cool things down enough to buy you a lot of time if you have a new-ish well-insulated, efficient freezer.

Assume you get about 80% efficiency on the 768whs you have about 614wh or useable power. So maybe 2 hours at 300w/h.
