I don't have that problem. There's a short delay, but it's only a second or two for me.

"store events in the cloud with a free 30-day trial of the Blink Subscription Plan or locally with the Sync Module 2 (included) plus a USB drive (sold separately)."

3.00/month for one device
Blink Plus
$10.00/month for all devices

looks quite limited without a subscription. no person detection for example

Blink cameras are useless. By the time the app loads the video feed, the person who rang the doorbell is long gone.

I have mixed feelings about Blink. On the one hand, they work fine provided your signal is good. On the other hand, the system was not recording to the hard drive (SD), so they gave me a free month of cloud to see if the recording will kick in after the month is over. Still in the process. In addition, one of my outdoor cameras (out of 4) keeps having connection issues. I reset, place it back out and a week later the issue comes back. The other 3 cameras and the doorbell work fine.

I've had these for about 2 years or so and hate them. The delay is annoying and are also really loud. They pick up a lot of noise and there's no way of fixing that. We ended up getting the Google nest ones recently and wow what a difference!

These Blink devices (supposedly) only take AA lithium batteries. Can I add a power adaptor so don't need to change the batteries all the time? Can I use rechargeable batteries (Eneloop?)?

I have one on a solar panel with a rechargeable battery, another just straight up on a USB cable. But I'm speaking of the older 3rd Gen, presumably the 4th is the same design? So should be problem.

They should run on regular AA batteries fine however alkaline do not perform well under high load (which these are when streaming) and do not perform well when cold (think winter nights). Additionally, Lithium do have a significantly longer run time over alkaline. I have a Slickdeals alert for AA lithium and it pops up about 4x a year and I buy some then. I have 6-7 cameras around my house for the last year or two and have yet to change any batteries on any of them. I do not have the doorbell though and that would likely get way more use but the doorbell has the option to be hardwired.

I had a weird problem when trying to add the Bundle to my cart. The "Add to cart" button won't show up although it is "In Stock". If I chose the regular price option then I can add to cart.

Here is the solution: I had to refresh the page, and you will see the "Add to cart" button showing up under the "In Stock" text for a second, click the button right away and it will be added. If you miss the window you can do it again. Hope this helps.

Correction: the Mini can I found below is actually Mini Cam gen 1, the one in the bundle is Mini Cam 2. So it is not really an apple to apple comparison. If you don't mind getting a Mini Cam (instead of Mini Cam 2) then you can save $5 but the limited search I did showed that Mini Cam2 is worth the difference.
----------------------
I found a better deal for the Whole Home Bundle for only $85 (let me know if I am wrong):
1. Add the doorbell & mini cam combo for $44.98 (you can choose black or white): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1PF4GRR
2. Add the Outdoor 4 Cam (Sync Module 2 included) for $39.99: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1N5HW22

Total is $84.97, $5 cheaper than the bundle price of $89.97: Blink Whole Home Bundle

I have a couple with solar which work good, and a couple I still use the batteries on. They really do last almost 2 years, and are real easy and inexpensive to replace.

Which are you talking about? The doorbell, mini or Outdoor 3?

The real deal would be if they integrated them with the Ring universe instead of two separate subs.
