I have been using it almost daily and I haven't had any issues.
The console is region free. It plays US games just fine.
The console connects to my Wi-Fi without a problem. I have a Nest Wi-Fi router. I experience no lag or at least not more than my US OLED switch.
Yes, Nintendo NA doesn't honor warranty for overseas units, but honestly I haven't had the need for repair.
