My wife was wanting to get a tineco, I'm probably going to jump on the 277 dollar S5 blue. But I wonder if this one would save me headaches of any mold smell, but a double the price I guess it probably isn't worth it.

I'm pretty sure she would be plenty happy with the s5….i have the breeze and I regret not getting one with self cleaning but a hot air blower seems like a gimmick.

Also worth adding if the house has hardwood floors steam mops are generally not recommended for hardwood floors. The high heat and moisture from the steam can damage the wood, causing it to warp, swell, or become discolored over time. Instead, it's better to use a damp mop specifically designed for hardwood floors and ensure it is well wrung out to avoid excess moisture.
