If that's the case then hard NO. There is no reason for that and the fact that they ask for it and people blindly give it ridiculous nonsense. Way too much privacy invasion and your personal rights and freedoms being violated in this country today.
Its not a hard pull. Also what invasion of privacy? To get this deal it requires you to be Spectrum internet customers, which means they already got all your info anyway. It's not all conspiracies all the time.

$369 for a $1800 last gen phone is a joke. The phone looses 4/5 of its value in a year.
I keep my Fold 5 then.
They are offering you $1369 for a $1800 last gen phone; that's more than fair I'd say. Having a spanking new warranty is often lost on people but it's pretty important for Folds.

They unlocked all 3 of the s24+ I got and they hadn't been turned off since the day I bought them in store.
Did you unlock them right after you bought them? Or was it after 60 days of service?

Any way to get this deal without Spectrum internet? I recall for prior deals customer service could override that.
That's funny, anyone that's ever actually called spectrum knows they can't do anything.

Were you able to unlock all those phones eventually? If I pay in full, will they unlock it without me waiting the 60 days?
You must wait for 60 days to unlock. Their unlock policy isn't stating about the 60 days, but you have to pay the phone in full. However, they will always say that you can only unlock after 60 days.
And Nope, I still couldn't unlocked the two phones, the S23U and the Fold 5.
I had to file this to the Better Business Bureau and still under investigation. It's been 3 months already.
You can simply google about the incident. there are many people experiencing Spectrum Phones won't unlock even after the unlock process. https://www.reddit.com/r/Spectrum...ven_after/

I don't have spectrum, and it's not serving my area for the internet.
Can i just switch to spectrum mobile from T-Mobile to get this deal? Or i must get their partners home internet?

If you're very much interested in this, get Spectrum Internet for any address it serves (friends-family) and cancel it after a month or 2 once your phone is unlocked. If you order online, they offer $100 Visa GC as well and that covers cost of Internet.

What do you mean? You just pay for 60 days of service, give them a call, they unlock it. It's quick. I've done both my ZF5 and S24 this way. Confused

Looking for a cheap trade in phone suggestion again for this deal. last year i sold my z fold 4 in marketplace and traded in a brand new samsung ao3 purchased for $50 for a $1010 trade in value I believe, came out to be zero out of pocket for me after selling my fold 4. it was little bit of work but worth it for me. getting it unlocked after 60 or 90 days was not a issue for me while some others had problem, I stayed with Spectrum and got 1 year of free service as well. My brother did the same thing with no problem. we paid in full.
FB marketplace?

Oh shoot. So I just traded in my Flip 5 for $255, plus $700. I'm better off selling my Flip 5 and just buying a junk phone to trade in. Hmmm. Damn.

edit: just saw resale prices for the Flip 5, never mind, lol.

Just save the headache unless you like to do some work. It make sense if you're a regular reseller.

Call in and ask for it. I got mine and somehow they sent it again. Basically, I got 2 $100 Visa Cards. Some mistake on their end.
