I still don't understand why they got rid of the rotating bezel on the 7, that was the thing I disliked the most about 5 pro.
I just meant it would be nice if we could pick the color of the free band.
I contacted support to get my $50 off reservation code, it was pretty quick that I received it.

Tried placing the order online and when placing order got an error at the top of the page saying Insufficient Balance in your account, There seems to be insufficient credit in your account. Please choose another method of payment to continue. But then immediately I got a notification from the credit card with the total amount of the order. Got no email confirmation, tried to use the Chat box but it just stuck spinning for 30mins. Ended up calling them, used this number 1-855-726-8721 for Order support. Bot kept asking for Order ID, kept saying do not have one. After 4 times it finally put me through to a real person. She found the order then said it went through but must of had some order error as she confirmed it was now cancelled. Checked my bank and sure enough there was a credit back for the charge. Asked the woman if she could just recreate my order and she was happy to. Took 15 minutes on the phone, then got an email with a link to provide payment. Went through that and finally got the order placed and an Order ID email confirmation.
Weird thing is the final cost was less than my original order by $20 and I got 2 free bands instead of just one that was on my first order.
The email doesn't break down all the savings, but I originally used my EPP account for the first order.
