4/4 so far with denials for me(all overturned by chat with rep). Sent out 5th yesterday. Let's see how that goes.

I contacted a rep and this is correct.
2 times they stated wrong model was sent the other 2 times claimed crack/deep scratch on screen. Was never really worried about previous trade ins as the condition met requirements.
I am worried about this one because on the back of the watch there is a black spot that looks like a crack/chip but it's underneath the glass.

The ones that required ANY wired earbuds as trade in? Not really comparable to a watch trade in requiring a specific watch in "acceptable" condition.
