My $50 credit was used up when I pre-ordered the Galaxy 7. Reached out via the chat option to ask about this. They asked for a screenshot of my cart, had me empty the cart, created a new cart for $99.99 and I was able to place the order. Trading in a pair Galaxy Live headbuds. Also got 13% cashback.

Samsung will typically send you an email reminding you to send the trade in after the item ships. They will have instructions on how to ship. You can use the same box that you receive the new Buds in.

Anyone know how to get 100$ TI discount for Regular buds(Non-Pro) ? There is only Samsung and Other option. Choosing other gives only 20$ discount for AirPods.

Buds2 have bad battery life, I'd gladly ditch mine.
