Samsung store shows $118 for me after galaxy bud pro.trade but when I go to checkout it shows $168 :-/

I had the same problem on my phone. I had activated the $50 pre-order credit but used it on the Galaxy 7 watch. When I tried to buy the buds, same thing happened that you are seeing. Showed as $99.99 before checkout but went to $139.99 at checkout. The pre checkout includes the credit but the checkout removes it - most likely as the credit was a one time useless credit. I chatted with a CSR who edited my cart to add an extra discount. Give it a try.

Yeah I just did and now my chat response are stuck at sending amd the rep is asking me if we're connected. I'll just try later, sucks because the case isn't available for free anymore when I was initially trying to order a couple days ago.

Definitely not me. Just like listening to music or podcasts while showering.
