I've never ordered directly from Samsung before. I didn't realize their return policy is so strict on watches.

Absolutely horrible experience with Samsung support. They kept asking for the same info I had already provided. I was ordering galaxy watch7 with free fabric band, trading in a 6. Initially showed up as $60 total. When I went to check out, it changed to $75. On checkout, tax was $18.12. Assume this is calculated on full price instead of price charged, but support was no help. The additional band was wrong size. They said I would have to wait 24 hr before any changes could be made to the order. Ended up canceling. Not worth the time and hassle.

I'm using the Galaxy Watch 5 44mm and it is still working great, without any problems. For me, i feel the weight is not light enough when I workout, so I probably skip the ultra version. I will wait 1 year more to get watch 8!
