Has anybody seen somewhere where they no longer use nickel for the charging connectors on the Buds 3 pro? The Buds pro 2 gave me ear infections from this. I can't find anything on this pair.

The free extra case has a somewhat stupid design, cause it blocks the access to the pairing button at the bottom. I put the headset in the case, but later wanted to pair it with my macbook, and taking it out wasn't easy, to say the least.

I bought the Buds 3, Buds 3 Pro and the Watch 7. The Buds 3 and the Watch 7 came today. Certainly glad the Buds 3 Pro didn't come yet as I hope I get a fixed pair whenever they do get sent out, whenever that might be.

Initial impressions is I'm comparing the Buds 3 directly to Airpods 3. The Buds 3 have a slightly different shape that I don't think is as comfortable as the Airpods 3 on first hour of wearing them. Not too too noticeable, but I was hoping for the exact comfort level of the Airpods 3.

Glad for the upgrade on the Watch 7. I was coming from a Watch 4. Pretty painless process to upgrade from backup of Watch 4. Watch face already set right and with a slightly better font too. More smooth animations going from screen to screen. The dark green doesn't bother me at all. Coming from just black/black.

Happy overall.

FYI, I swapped the tip on mine with no problem. That video was helpful because of course I didn't read the manual either. So far I'm impressed with both the sound and fit!

Received mine today and they fit and sound excellent. Noise cancelling is top notch. Replaced ear tips without breaking them, but I can see why some people had that issue. There a little awkward to remove. It will take s ok me getting used to using the stem for controls, but it shouldn't be too steep of a learning curve.

One thing I do know is that these, along with my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro do not connect as seamlessly with my Galaxy Book 3 Ultra as the rest of my Galaxy (phone/tab) devices and windows PC. Not sure why that is, but it seems like it's the GB3U's fault, even though my Buds+, Buds2, and Buds Live all connect to it without issues. The Buds 2 Pro usually only want to connect one earbud at a time until I fuss with it for a little while to get them both connected. I seemed to have the same issue with the 3 Pros when I first paired them to the GB3U, but they seem to be fine now after repairing them. Hopefully they connect properly from here on out.

So what are Samsung gonna do for people who already received or receiving them?
If they don't break, nothing. If they do, chat with or call Samsung support.

Should any customer already in possession of Galaxy Buds3 Pro be experiencing any issues, they should contact Samsung or visit their nearest Samsung Service Centre.

Answer: Honor their return policy. Or, honor their warranty terms/conditions.

I see $99. No way to get that price if you're not student/teacher or 1st responder?

I just came here to complain that my pickup date at BB was pushed out a month, but I guess this is because of the recall issue...

Mine arrived today. No issues with the tips thus far and I'm quite enjoying these overall. The free case is a bit meh - just another plastic shell and it was a hassle getting the actual case in and out of the protective one.

Did you ask them for a refund on it?
