Extremely important and well worth it. After a week or two of operation without one I'd wager most people would be willing to pay $100-$200 for the functionality so $23 is a no brainer.
The one on Best Buy is a mop combo and this is just a vacuum

The Blackberry color is now $188.
BTW, I ordered 2 of these ~midnight this morning. I noticed the price drop early this afternoon and called to see if they can simply adjust the price on the order as I have not yet received the item. They said no they could not and they could not cancel the original order.

So I bought two more at the lower price and will return the original order to the store.

The rep agreed this was dumb that they could not simply adjust the price for the undelivered units. It will cost Walmart extra shipping, and then two of these will sit on the shelf at my local Walmart after I return the first two, or they get to pay return freight. I'd estimate an additional cost to Walmart of ~$70 when all is said and done.

I bought the $199 bobsweep at Sam's. Immediately returned day after received. Couldn't connect to wifi. Requires 2.4ghz connection only so I reconfigured my wireless signal on all 4 access points in my house to strictly 2.4 and no 5ghz band at all. Didn't work. Tried 6 times, sitting less than 5 feet from the closest access point. Understanding and ability to make my technology is not an issue here, it's their ability to execute.

In short, go look at their app ratings in the app stores to decide for yourselves, but I'd run away.
Too bad, you may have received a faulty unit. I had no problem at all connecting to 2.4 ghz wifi. So far liking it. It finishes much faster than the random navigation model it replaces. Unfortunately, there is one piece of furniture the old one could get below of and clean but dustin is taller so it can't go inside that area to clean

Yeah…. I'm thinking another 100$ for the iRobots or roborock would be worth it.

Amazon has the i3 vac and mop for 330 today

Agreed. I've had both and would be more than willing to pay 100-200 to not go back to emptying every day.

This is effectively normal pricing as this brand has constant sales that bounce around from store to store across their catalog of products.

Giving this a shot as a first time robot vacuum. I was looking at the roborocks but researching all the models makes your head spin. Also didn't need mop and I don't think any of the roborocks come without mopping anymore from what I could tell. Hopefully it will last.

I'll bet you had a space in your Wifi name - I was pulling my hair out to try and make it connect, and found online that a space in the name (or password) was a problem. Changed it, and boom - no problem.
