Keeps my Resmed Airsense 11 with auto climate control running all night with capacity to spare.

Edit: I used a DC/DC converter from CPAP dot com

Using AC it still made it through the whole night (6+ hrs) but without any extra capacity.

If you're talking about a full size freezer it won't.

600W/115V = 5.21A

and it says 300W plugs, so that's split between 2 outlets.

But for a fridge or something big at this time you need a gas or liquid propane gas generator
Not really, there are plenty of battery options, even from Ecoflow, that will power the fridge through an outage. For example, if your fridge averages 4kWh a day, something like the Ecoflow Delta (1.2kWh capacity) will run it for 6 hours, while a Delta Pro Ultra (12kWh) might run it for three days. It's mostly a matter of cost.

I just wanted to ask in general it seemed like a year ago these were selling really well. I was thinking it was out of touch as they are priced so much higher than a typical backup. Like compared to an Uninterruptible Power Supply you almost are better off purchasing 5 UPS and replace them when the battery fails. I just think of how many people purchase these and do not realize how little power they have for the cost. The cost is for the batteries that will last 10 years not the capacity. If you are not draining the batteries daily why do you need this.
I recommend for a CPAP uses about 100 watts per hour something like this

190$ CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD3 Intelligent LCD UPS System, 1500VA/900W, 12 Outlets, 2 USB Ports, AVR, Mini Tower, Black https://a.co/d/02Sx9usQ

They make larger capacity solar generators that can easily power a refrigerator.

This is an incredible deal. I was pleased as punch to get it last year for $180 or so.

One of the most versatile and useful machines I've ever owned. Began an expensive but thrilling hobby to electrify my shed with just solar.

I used my river to power my e bike and cell phones from solar, and now it serves as a portable battery whenever I need to blow up river tubes or other toys on the go.

This price is a steal and I am almost tempted to buy a second.

You must be using a DC cable of some sorts I would think. This might do 30W for 8 hours but if you use an A/C outlet on the system it has quite a bit of overhead. There is some over head for WiFi, battery management and operating system too. And a fan on mine.

My ResMed 10 CPAP over A/C, all auto, nothing optimized, and it runs at about 40W with about 20W overhead. I have the 768WH so it will run for 12 hours on it. Maybe the ResMed 11 is more efficient too.

I bought a bigger one to use in A/C on all the time or UPS mode and and happy with my decision. Maybe the 500ish version in the middle would have worked too but I'm fairly sure this one wouldn't have worked for me without some tuning and a DC connection.

That $190 UPS will run 450W for 12 min. Or my 40W cpap for less that 2 hours unless my math is way off.
probably not as long for the cpap. UPSs tend to be awful at low demand power delivery.

Battery type Sealed Lead Acid which doesn't have longlifespan as lifepo4.

The Cyberpower UPS has less battery capacity than the River 2. Doubt it could run a 100W anything for 2 hours. 2 SLA batteries probably 12v 8ah each so 192WH capacity if I have that right.

I can't wait until they make true home UPS with this newer tech. I believe that to run these in UPS mode (which works for my cpap) you have to discharge and recharged every month or so to retrain the battery management software.
