Nothing has changed in the design of Joycons.

Although, I'll add that Nintendo has replaced Joycons for me twice at not charge and without question/hassle.

I got the one on Walmart for $159 plus 8% PayPal cash back that's $144 and you get a free game, so it's like $120. I'm going to keep it sealed so I can play in around 10 years.

Nintendo literally made millions of Nintendo DS/3DS consoles and we absolutely saw them go for 3-5x their value last year. So yeah, just because they're mass produced, that doesn't mean there will not be any scalpers or collectors down the road. In for one because Zelda is my favorite franchise.

I have a regular Switch and Switch Lite. I prefer the Switch Lite for lugging around. The regular, I only use at home.

Probably no game, no charger, no cable. It seems to be the trend anymore.
