I would like to know which Shipping Company Total Wireless uses? And in general how long after you place the order does it usually take to receive the phone?

No way around the massive amount of sales tax, right?

Verizon needs to get their tax processes and systems into alignment across their companies. Free should be free...

Yeah makes no sense i paid $65+$30 second line for 5G Plus Plans and they charged $39 in tax for (2) Free A54s @ $279 each

Meanwhile Straight Talk website is same tracfone company i got (2) Free Moto G Power 5G 2024 cost $45+$30 second line Silver Plans they only charged $8 tax for the 2 service plans and no tax on the phones at $149 MSRP each

I think you're no longer able to get a second A54 on the same order, or any of the free with verify ID phones. And as others have mentioned, you need the $65 plan. You can add a second A14 5G at 30 + tax however. Tax being charged on the original price is pretty retarded.

Looked back at my order when the phone was $50 with a $50 plan, tax was lower, and you were able to get it with a lower cost plan which halfway negates the savings of a "free" phone.

It can take days for GV to complete the port and they don't port on weekends so be patient - it's been a problem that's mentioned in every Total/Straight Talk thread that requires porting to get a deal.

Massive wait time for GV numbers as they consider it as a landline. I started my activation and porting at 1pm Friday 5/26 and they said it might get fully ported by Tuesday 7/30 the earliest.

That's because they don't port on weekends. During the week both of mine took 2 days to complete.

Same here. Did you figure out a solution? Using a different computer etc doesn't work.

So what is the total cost for one phone including the phone line? Do they really charge tax for the full amount of the phone?

Yes, total price depends on sales tax rates where you live.. In southern AZ total was $89 and change.
