Well since that phone was shut off they no longer show up. Rep also stated since I have the unlimited plan on this new phone I lost whatever I did have. I also am still eligible for the triple minute feature they use to have so I guess I lost that too. Totally ridiculous. Melissa states on her explanation that all the minutes previously had will also carryover. Asked who I need to talk to so I can get this straightened out. Was told there isn't anyone. Would have gave this zero stars but had to pick one.

Total A54 is same Tracfone model. I got (2) for $65+$30 with verify ID. They charge tax on $279 MSRP though. I used GV numbers to verify port it let me activate with new number instead once got both of them.

Is that isolated or happening to a lot of people? I have a couple thousands in minutes/txt and a few gig data that would suck if it went away after this plan. In theory your current buckets should be held in reserve by tracfone.

Nobody has lost data. Existing data has been added to the included 24GB. I don't think anyone knows what happens with the minutes and texts. They might be in reserve, but not displayed in the account. Or in one year, the account might just continue as unlimited talk and text, so it doesn't really matter if you lost the minutes.
