Such an amazing game. I've played most roguelikes and roguelites on the market and this is one of my favorites. The art is outstanding and the gameplay is super fun and rewarding for both fast or slow playstyles and has a big variety of weapons that all feel very different.

Slight spoilers, after beating the game you actually unlock another game mode that is even better imo

paid $2 on steam for it and I play with the kids, well worth the price. Supports ultrawide screen on PC.

This is an under-appreciated gem. The devs themselves never quite understood how close this is to a smash hit. Just needed a tiny bit of tuning. Sigh. No-brainer at this price. Enjoy!

Unfortunately not. Nintendo doesn't provide the functionality in the eShop to buy specific games as gifts. There's a workaround of sorts for that when you buy an activation code for a game from a third-party retailer or key distributor instead of direct from the eShop, however this game doesn't appear to be sold elsewhere.

Can you share some that are on XBox? I like Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Contra, Metal Slug, Captain Commando, etc. Would be nice to know if there are deals on them or similar ones on XBox or PC.
I do have Switch but its profile is set to Child (my kids are 11 and 6) so don't think I would be able to purchase this one

I only own a PC and Switch, sorry! But if you have a sub genre & difficulty that you enjoy I can share some that are on PC which might also have Xbox releases

This is such a fun game for fans of shootemups. It combines rogue legacy with contra and makes for a fun and challenging play-through. I paid $5 for my copy and was hooked until I beat it. Time for a replay. =)

I got the steam version of this, was worried about the load times due to how slow it is loading on the switch, but it loads in a couple seconds (each new level), also pluses of the steam version are it supports ultrawide if thats what youre using, and you can add custom character faces thanks to workshop integration (currently there are almost 150 options).
