Last time I used MyProtein they charged me sales tax, which they should not. I emailed them, got a runaround first by them claiming they're a British company so duty may apply, which had absolutely nothing at all to do with sales tax. They asked for evidence why there shouldn't be sales tax, I gave them a link to the State web site page about it. Then they said they need it in a picture form (what?), so I jumped through that hoop, then they basically gave up trying to deflect and essentially said deal with it.
I almost took the bait. (This product contains milk and soy and has been processed in a facility that also handles eggs, gluten and related products). I don't think soy is whey.
