Bought this to keep in my bedside table drawer. It's possible it was exposed to moisture somehow, but after a few months when I pulled it out to use it it was rusted. Second one same result. Replaced with a craftsman and have been happy with that, much stronger and no issues. Can't complain too much, considering the price, and the fact that it's only purpose is if something pops up where I need it and don't want to have to go to the garage

It was in your bedside drawer and got exposed to moisture? There must have been something steamy happening nearby. Also, a screw driver isn't for that, despite the name...

Maybe the Mrs has taken a liking to Stanley. There's a tip saying in there but I can't remember of it.

I've had mine for about a year and there isn't a speck of rust. I don't live under a waterfall or on a boat, but rust isn't even remotely an issue.
It's been a surprisingly useful tool. Discount or not, at $2 it's worth it.

Got mine today. Shoebox sized box with 2 tiny screwdrivers rattling around in an empty box. Tsk tsk, Depot.

They look fine. One for my desk and the other goes in my laptop bag. I like that the tips are magnetic.
