if you're running a 200 foot+ run and you want 10Gbps over RJ45, then yes CAT8 will definitely help. assuming it's actually a CAT8 cable. cat6 will drop 10gbps connections when you have runs over 50ft. cat7 can do about 150ft before you get signal issues. cat8 should get you to about 250ft
it's important to note that your "cable run" includes the cables in the walls as well as the cables going from the walls to the devices. so a 25ft cable from pc to wall, 100 ft run in your walls, plus another 10ft from dmarc to server, means your run is 135 ft. so while this cable is 25ft, it could be part of a 200ft run
having said all that, it's a decent quality 25ft cable for $10. whether or not it's cat 6/7/8 doesn't matter. still a good price.

As for 6 it can do over 10gig at over 50+ meters by itself. So your number about 50+ feet is not realistic at all unless you had some poorly made Ethernet cables.
