So I just got this in anticipation for an ROG Ally but ended up not getting the Ally. What else can I use this dock for other than Switch? Is it worth keeping around as a dock for iPhone, Chromebook, or Logitech G Cloud?

Would it work with those XReal Air glasses?

Is it worth keeping around just for the 65w charging?

Yes, check the documentation, but this is on the product page. I have used it with windows laptops and my phone as well.

Just a heads up. The one I got from Best Buy about a week ago required the firmware update mentioned above to support Nintendo Switch. Easy to update. I've used it with my iPhone and iPad too for playing video. Still need to test it with a Dell work PC but I'm sure it'll work. I have a Genki Covert Dock Mini that's been a great travel companion so I'm buying this to keep hooked up at home.

This is a cool product, I was just looking for a charger and getting a usbc dock too. This works as a WFH dock, I only have 1 monitor and only need 1 usb a for my keyboard.

I got one and wanted another one but the deal is dead. It's good. I use it in hotels connecting my iPhone to it and watch from my apps. This replaces the fire tv. Only problem is I don't have a pc to update the firmware for the Nintendo switch.

According to other slick deal posts, these seem to frequently go on and off on sale the past couple months. These are a hidden gem, good value (i.e. at the sale price).
