And no it's not a bad thing. You spend $100 a month to have to feel at tip top shape vs lagging and sluggish is worth it.
I'm just saying it can get out of hand and you're taking a lot of pills. And for some people it isn't necessary and it wont help if you are getting the proper nutrients from your diet. I'm only up to 3 different pills right now but 1 is doctor prescribed.
I do blood work every other year at the moment to see where my levels are and I'm just at or slightly below on 2 different things, everything else I'm above, so for me it helps.
forgot to add, look into how vitamin c works and how much you should be taking. things like emergen-c has so much vitamin c that your body only takes what it needs and dumps the rest. plus if you're taking it to prevent colds, look at zinc. It has decent to good data on helping to fight colds and illnesses. but most multi vitamins have zinc in them.
