Iirc ships out of Hong Kong and hikvision oem from this brand. Do check out prior deal posts. Nice that the 8mp has a larger sensor compared to many 8mp cameras sold now.

Ordered 10 days ago, still not shipped. Their support provided tracking # which show UPS doesn't have possession of the package yet
