I bought one of these from Lowe's several years ago and used it extensively. It was pretty easy to use though it can be a beast at full extension if you're reaching with it -- physics and gravity combine for a good arm/shoulder workout, particularly if you have to do some underside cuts.

That said, the chain dulled VERY quickly, which surprised me, and then ultimately the oil reservoir cracked, leaking oil all over my shelves in the shed. Was not pleased at all.

Another positive note is that i found out the Worx corded 14" chainsaw fits the extension arm, so I still have a polesaw, albeit one that's stupidly awkward to use. I don't have much use for it anymore (a bunch of trees died and had to be completely cut down), but it's nice to have the ability should I have the occasion.

Bought one a few weeks ago at this price, returned it because it had been opened and didn't work. Couldn't get a replacement because the price doubled. Bought again when it dropped, got another returned/non working unit. Amazon is just a flea market at this point. And a bad one without all the greasy food.
