I switched from tablets after watching that video but I don't think it said tablets dump at the wrong time they just don't allow soap for the first short cycle. I forgot the spot for prewash detergent was even there I've been using tablets for so long. I've never washed my dishwasher either so I'm going to try these.
This stuff is garbage. Does nothing to remove mineral deposits. Quickly switched back to Glisten Dishwasher Cleaner after wasting my time and money with this stuff.
