Portable Qi batteries are a dumb idea. Qi charging is inherently inefficient, 60% at most, so you are carrying extra weight for less recharging capacity. And using Qi charging on the go is awkward..You are trying to hold you expensive phone and this relatively bulky battery...And if it shifts a bit it stops charging so you are not even getting any benefit from it.
Just buy a regular battery and charge with a cable.

It gets hot when charging as all of these do, but so far so good. I typically use it to fast charge 20-50% of my battery to get me through a day.
