it could but very limited. The unconfirmed dimension for a possible graphic card upgrade is 10.8 inch. That's slightly longer than a 3060. Again, you need to verify the info before placing an order. Also,PSU is too limited, only 240watts, definitely need an upgrade.

Oh wow...I didn't see the watts on the PSU...There's no upgrade path...An 9th gen i7 with a 240W PSU...That has to be a mistake..

These machines are intended for general office work not gaming. Thus not really a need for a beefy PS.

This Optiplex should have a 500W PSU...I would double check...If it has a 450W or higher, you MIGHT be able to fit a LP 4060 or an Intel ARC LP GPU...It's a small form factor so it has to be a low profile card.

Not a SFF, it's a tower, but as mentioned above, the cabinet is too shallow for a full length graphics card. And I would assume the smaller PSU.

Specs say "10.7 in long". That's the cabinet's outer dimensions, and once you account for the internal hardware supporting the front panel, it's going to be a bit less than that.

You would be limited to low power video cards that don't need external power . The power supply is small they do make power supplies with more wattage in that form factor but they are expensive kinda defeating the budget build idea. I've built a few budget gaming machines over the years the first thing I look at is the back of the computer if it can't fit a full size power supply I move on. Definitely better deals on eBay picked up a Dell tower with same specs plus had an additional 1tb drive for storage and a gtx1070 for $224 including tax and delivery.

260w power supply from what I can find. That means you can only add graphics cards that get all their power from the PCIE slot (less than 75w). If this had a more powerful power supply, you could use adapters to use more powerful graphcs cards.

Your best options are in order of best to least best:

Nvidia RTX A2000 (6gb) (Best, but you're gonna pay for it.)
Nvidia RTX 3050 (6gb) (Kinda weak, but you have access to DLSS)
Intel Arc A380 (6gb) (Best for media stuff.)
Nvidia GTX 1650 (4gb) (Meh...)
AMD RX 6400 (4gb) (for games, no encoder for video stuff)

PS: There can be multiple versions of these cards. Make sure that you get the ones that don't need the extra power cable.
