I have purchased with AntOnline and have not had that be the case. Used code directly with MS. Edit: By reading the terms, what I think it means is that when your account auto-renews on Microsoft , AntOnline gets credit for the future sale. If yopu turn off autorenew on MS you are fine as you will likely add a code before it expires anyhow to extend it. The same price would be charged whether autorenew gets credited as a MS sale or AntOnline sale. I think this is different than the Amazon deal, with the Amazon deal, I don't think you can activate it it directly on Microsoft website

My issue is that I have a family account and I can't get someone to confirm that it still works with the current deal. Having someone say it worked for them in the past is meaningless. Does converting to Family at 75% time work with this?

I'm a little late as this deal is expired but just wanted to chime in.

I confirm that the code extended my family subscription by nine months. It was pretty straightforward. All done straight through microsoft.com and didn't see anything about antonline taking over the subscription, as far as I'm aware.

Thanks. Was the code from this specific deal or how long ago did you try to extend the family plan? But you lost the extra 3 months for auto renew?

When I enter the code from this specific deal to extend my family sub, it results in 8 months, 30 days, so you definitely lose the extra three months for auto-renew.

The code was from this deal. My email confirmation shows I purchased it on 7/16. I didn't count the exact number of days but my previous expiration was 7/29/2024 and this code extended it to 4/29/2025. Microsoft asked me if I wanted to stay with family or switch to personal. I selected to stay with family.

Cool. That is 9 mo. The prorate is fine but losing out on the extra 3 mo makes me hesitate, even if it was 2
