How long does salsa last after opening? I have 64oz jug and it'll take me a long time to finish by myself probably at least several weeks or a month if only eat small portions

They had this before Salsa, back in the day. Like most I wasn't a fan.

My mother-in-law used to make this for us for FREE! And it tasted fresher.

it won't last that long in my experience. maybe you could freeze it? we switched to buying smaller jars for this reason. it doesn't seem to take long before you go to open it and it's bubbling....

Sounds like heartburn! I would say probably a month in the fridge possibly longer. I always have a jar I forgot Inhad in there and it will have mold on the Inside.

1-2 weeks. I put plastic wrap under the lid after opening and it seems to give it an extra few days. Taking out what you need and then putting it right back in the fridge helps as well.
