OEM Lexus parts are magnificently expensive most of the time. Thank goodness Denso and Aisin make some of their Lexus parts available at reasonable prices, especially at Rock Auto. Thank you OP for pointing out this discount.

Many of the Lexus parts are interchangeable with Toyota. Toyota often has 20% off with free shipping

I don't think it's free shipping on orders over $100. I think it's up to $100 in complimentary shipping on all orders which is a much better deal.

It will be used well before 5 years. I have two vehicles that use the same oil. An oil change is 8.5qts.

Switched to Mazda(Made in Japan models). Basically Lexus quality at Toyota price.

That's stupid. Went and looked it up and it is unfortunately also true. I knew engine oil that had been through an engine deteriorated, had no idea it went downhill on the shelf. Thanks for the education.
