We get a lot of use out of this thing. My kids like shaved ice with juice (simply peach, simply lemonades, etc..) and make a ton of them for their friends in the hot months.

Also, my wife is from Baltimore, so I've learned that, in spite of what this says, snowball is not the same as sno cone either. More like sno cone than shave ice texture, but shaved, not crushed. The shave is coarser than shave ice.
After coming back from Aly became obsessed with getting that perfect grind and typically you have to get into some $1200 plus machines and it only shaves from giant blocks and there's no aloha included
