Anyone use this with a cpap machine specifically the resmed airsense 10? Currently using a Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite CPAP Battery and i barely lasts a day or 2. Trying to see if this would at least last me a couple of nights.
What does the AC adapter on your Resmed Airsense 10 say for its power requirements?
We can't help without that information.

No, the EcoFlow's cannot be used as a UPS. They can be used as an EPS. UPS can be used to supply uninterrupted power for computers and the computer will not shutdown as soon as power is lost. With an EcoFlow as an EPS, power is lost for 30 milliseconds before the battery kicks. This will cause computer equipment to abruptly turn off. An EPS is good backup power for non computer equipment (sump pumps / refrigerators / freezers / etc.). When the EcoFlow reaches 100% battery charge, it goes into bypass mode and power is drawn from your main power source and bypasses the battery.
Ecoflow specifically states that their units can not be used as a UPS, and you get a thumbs down????
The foolish person who did that obviously does not follow Ecoflow. Sheesh.

Do they make a portable battery charger, that is physically about this size, but, has a huge capacity and is only capable of charging cell phones and tablets?

Personally, I wouldn't have the need for one of these to be able to charge a laptop or any household appliances. However, I think that it would be great, to have one of these that has something like a 200,000 or 300,000 mAh capacity and could charge a modern-day cell phone, 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 times.

Is there such a charging device that has already been made and is available to be purchased?

Not familiar with cpap machines but on the product page from Anker's website it states it's for small to medium size devices and then shows a bunch of items it's not meant for like a microwave, hairdryer, or cpap machine. Your model may be fine, you would need to look at the power requirements of the machines.

Let's ballpark a phone battery at roughly 4V and 5Ah. That's 20Wh of capacity. This device stores 256Wh, so it can charge a modern phone 12-13 times from 0-100%. In reality many phones will operate at lower than 4V and have a capacity below 5Ah. The iPhone 15 is about 17.1 Wh, so you can charge it coincidentally 15 times 0-100% with this device. You're pretty cavalier throwing out a range of 20 to 50 charges -- energy is pretty linear so it takes 2.5x the capacity to charge 2.5x as much. An Anker 737 power bank is roughly 88 Wh, so a little more than 1/3 the capacity of the 521 here. 3 power banks will be physically smaller than one 521, but will also cost 2x as much.
A phone is 5mAh not Ah. 5Ah is what my leaf blower uses.

ecoflow, has a mppt solar charger built in(looks like this may also have it, or may need a external controller no mention of it in specs), has a APP which can control it via bluetooth and wifi. also helps with Firmware updates. there is no light on their units.

REALLY?!? Phones are on average 2500-5000 mAh. Guess what 5000 mAh is? 5Ah.

You leaf blower is likely 20V or 60V most likely instead of 3.7V. This is why we need to use Wh because people don't get basic concepts.

The BLUETTI PS72 sounds good but its 21.5 lbs and this Anker is 9.5 lbs
I like the portability of the Anker for now.
For something with more power I probably want something with even more than the BLUETTI
The price on the Anker is too good

I have the 300 watt version and I like it. Customer service is extremely slow and tedious.

Seems like a good solution for sitting on my deck and powering devices without having to run cords through traffic areas. In 4 1.
Thanks OP
