Vice pro is the premium model of Vice and Tour Speed is an upper-mid tier ball for Titleist. Mid handicappers won't be able to tell much difference though.

Have played both Titleist Tour Speed and Vice Pro extensively. Prefer Vice Pro hands down. Distance wise, both balls perform similarly but the Vice Pro is more controllable around greens. Both balls are 3 piece urethane covered but Vice Pro is a cast cover while the Tour Speed is TPE, which is a heated solution which is pressure injected to cover the mantle. It feels different, say less "tacky" than Vice Pro. The Vice Pro cover is definitely more durable.
