If I already have Peacock, anyone know if this stacks a year to what I've already paid for?

Edit: Details say for new Peacock subscribers so I'll assume not.

Edited Edit: contacted peacock support and they prorated a refund and canceled my account. Then just followed the Verizon link and all worked like a charm.

After SEVERAL hours with Verizon customer support, we went round and round to try and figure it out I could not get this deal.
My guess is, if you have EVER had a Netflix/Peacock/Starz deal, you can never again get a deal.
The fine print does not say this. I never got a definite reason why.

For some reason VZW couldn't add the package to my account, we could see the deal when not logged it, once I logged in it disappeared. We/VZW decided to purchase both premiums separately, now I have to call once a month for the credits.

Has been a nightmare both calls lol, but I am cheap, so it is what it is.

Note 2 - While I was able to see my newly saved credit card info on the +play website right away, you might need to wait 15 minutes or so for it to show up. So don't get discouraged if it's not there right away.

I have been fighting with this website for the past week trying to figure this out. Glad it is finally done. I hope this helps someone else.

Thanks for all the info! I will be a new customer for Verizon. I suppose the correct things for me to utilize this deal is to sign up mobile-->home internet-->+play hub to get all sorted out? Does it matter whether I sign up both basic/cheapest mobile and home internet?

My Netflix/Starz package from last year expires near the end of Sept so I went ahead and canceled... hopefully, this promo is still active by then, especially since I haven't used Starz once over the last year and use Peacock at least a few times a month.

Thank you for this! It is stunning incompetence on the part of Verizon that it takes this level of inexplicable navigation with the app and then the browser and then edit the inadequate info that the app transferred to the account before getting this deal to work. However, many many thanks to you. I'll mention that the 4-5 customer service morons at Verizon were baffled and gave me suggestions like "why not upgrade your wireless grandfathered account". Apparently there is no one at Verizon that can decipher the vague error messages on the website that I was getting: "There was an error processing your request" and it took an SD genius to figure it out.

Now it works!! Added CC to Billing on the App. Then on desktop web chose that CC and now the checkbox isn't grayed out!

Good luck. Mine expired in July and I have not been able to see the deal once I logon to Verizon, either the app or website.
