If you're trading in your phone, make sure you have plenty of pics of your old phone. Traded in a pristine note 9 always in an otterbox it's whole life. 2 weeks later Samsung sent me a letter saying that my phone battery was enlarged and sent photos with the phone separating. The pics I have don't show any of this. Plus, there was scratches on the phone that weren't there when I sent it. Samsung would never respond to any emails, even the one with the pics of my old phone with the pics of the day I boxed them and mailed.

I was looking at the terms of AMEX 10K points and it says if all the items isn't shipped by 8/11 then they may not receive the information about purchase from merchant. My Galaxy buds 3 pro has estimated delivery date of 8/28. In case yours date is similar then AMEX may not provide the bonus points.
