The use cases for the Delta 2 and this are pretty different though.

i think in the next 12 months we're going to see some really nice pricing. there's just too much competition and offerings. Even within the same company there's too many offerings. just way too much. i think patience will pay off and i would recommend pulling the trigger only if you must.

And yes, no kidding tech will eventually go down in price.... I'm not talking about that though. I'm saying if you look at the offerings right now it's pretty obvious that there's just way too many offerings. From old gen stock of lithium battery power stations to lithium phosphate. Just look at ecoflow in the medium-large capacity space there's the Delta, the Delta 2, the max, the pro, the ultra (and others)... you got a TON of different bundle options too this with solar panel this without.... now within the <1000 space within EF there's the River, there's the "lite" version sold I believe at Walmart, there's the PRO, there's the River 2.... and that's all within the same brand! If you are even kind of paying attention to power stations it's obvious that they just have too many lines. And so I'm saying that it's very likely that we'll see some rapid drops (we're already starting to see it). It's not rocket science and it isn't the "prices will always be cheaper later" that you described. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about too much competition, too many model #s = price drop so wait if you can.
For people who went through Beryl, it's already too late. By the time they already have an outage, they won't get it for days to weeks. I am tired of every literally single thread on these batteries, someone pointing out get it only if you need it. It's extremely insensitive to people who are literally going through a days to weeks without power.
It's only insensitive to people like you who cry over something that's not even insulting. Look at my original post there's nothing insensitive about it. You have chosen to make it that way because you fail to look at it with common sense 🤣. Instead of getting tired of "every literally single thread on these batteries" maybe you should see that YOUR bad intake of people's posts is the issue not people's posts.
