$10 a month for a tool that just scrapes websites and open APIs for inventory data that is accurate maybe 10% of the time. A tool that works 10% of the time isn't worth anywhere near $10 a month. Also, their whole website has adsense and featured deal ads plastered everywhere. The article is from 2018 if you actually read it, this is when it was still free, at its peak, and was somewhat more accurate.

Have you ever even used it? What justifies $10 a month.
