The reviews on this are kind of mixed.
People either seem to really like it or really dislike it.

This liquid one is okay since you can control how much of that flavor you can tolerate, makes things sweet though with a drop or two.

I'll give it a try.
I've been using powdered stevia from Aldi for awhile but this has a lot more servings for the price.

I have recently started using a similar liquid Stevia from Trader Joe's to add touch of sweetness to Greek yogurt, and I found that being able to control the amount as well as how easily the liquid mixes in with just a few stirs is really great. I've never liked using the powdered Stevia, but the liquid seems to be superior. And also a small bottle like this is a year's supply with the amount I use having yogurt 4 to 5 days a week.

How much to sweeten a gallon of tea, would you say? How many gallons would this item sweeten? Thanks.

How sweet do you want your tea? For me, 2-3 drops is enough for an 8 oz glass of tea. Based on that, this whole vial will sweeten 20 gallons of tea. But I don't recommend using stevia alone, as the aftertaste will be noticeable (and I am one of those who are okay with stevia taste). Unless you absolutely can't have sugar, I recommend adding about 50 grams of real sugar per gallon. It will taste lovely.(For comparison, there is about 50 grams of sugar in a standard can of coke or more in Arizona tea). You will also want a bit of citric acid powder to balance the taste and give it some longevity.

No, on low sugar cereals like Bran Flakes or Cheerios.

I like this. I use it in my iced coffee, and don't notice a huge difference in taste between this and regular sugar. I don't notice the "cooling effect" that people bring up in the reviews, but it might just be because I put it in cold drinks.
Heads up, after a month or so in the fridge, crystals will begin to form at the bottom. It dissolves in my drink doesn't affect the taste. I'll be picking up another bottle! Thanks OP Smilie

My 2oz bottle from Trader Joe's has lasted ~4 months. For me, 4-5 drops is enough to sweeten a 20-24 oz venti black coffee. I'd suggest 12 drops for a gallon and adjust from there. Each drop is very potent. I've also built a bit of tolerance for this so I use 5 drops where previously 4 sufficed.
