While I understand that aquarium is how it's listed on Amazon, the idea of hand soap that smells like an aquarium is not appealing. Fish soap.
The newer formulations smell awful. This used to be my favorite scent, but I ended up throwing away the new bottle.
Who is the marketing genius who decided that poopy fish water is a good fragrance for soap?

The white tea & aquarium scented ones are even cheaper.

I ordered the aquarium one on a previous deal and it smells terrible. Would not recommend.

Based on the color, I thought it was just going to be the default/original scent.

I ordered this 2 years ago and it was so watered down that my daughter thought I added water to it. Do not buy!

Is this really soap? Looks like a condiment.

Same here. I really liked the mild / subtle scent of the original milk and honey version. But the new formulation is way too overbearing. I actually found a few containers of the original version on a shelf after accidentally buying the new one. I bought those at the time, but I steer clear of it completely now that it's just the new version out there. I don't like smelling like I've been doused with some kind of weird perfume every time I wash my hands … just a light scent would be so much better. I remember seeing numerous reviews about that around the time they originally made the switch also, so it wasn't just me. Here's one of the example comments about the switch …

"New scent stinks!
I've been using the Milk and Golden Honey scent for years and always loved the clean fresh scent. However I recently picked up the 50oz refill and unfortunately didn't notice "new fragrance" on the bottle. Why in the world did they change the scent to a horrible and disgusting perfume smell? Within a few minutes after washing my hands, I started sneezing (I'm extremely sensitive to scents) and my head started hurting! That's just how strong this new scent is. I agree with the other reviews to request that they please bring back the old scent! Quit messing with a consumer favorite. This obviously wasn't a good change which is apparent by the numerous other negative reviews. And it appears you changed ALL the other scents as well (aloe and antibacterial) because those reek of perfume too. I will be finding a new brand of soap to buy unless the previous formulas return."

Note: Some people may like the new scent and that's perfectly fine, as tastes differ. But this is just a heads-up that it may be a good idea to take a sniff of it from the shelf of a local store first if you're on the fence about perfumed soaps.

Bummer to hear about the formula change. I had a large bottle from years ago that I just got to the bottom of recently. Ordered this earlier but I guess I'll keep it and see how it goes.

I've heard the "Warm vanilla" from bath/body works is a nice neutral soap. Been meaning to try it.

When they were changing things over I had to return 3 or 4 of these refills because I just couldn't take the smell. I found a shelf stocked with half new and half original bottles of the small, standard containers with the pump and bought them all.

The closest I've found to the original is Target's brand, still named Milk & Honey. You may want to see if it works for you.

Cool, thanks for the tip … I'll check that one out. I found the Suave milk and honey one to be decent, but still a pretty strong scent, so I've been mixing that one with a generic unscented / Aloe version. I've never really considered myself picky about stuff like that, but it seems to be tough to find some middle ground with these. Smilie
