I thought so too, until I saw this one for $25

But that only handles 24 oz vs. this typical 12 cup unit.

Grabbed this for "just in case" at $20, basic old school don't mess around coffee maker

I'm getting the $50 Espresso machine today.

Not a fan of Bella but for these prices, i'm willing to gamble.

I bought this primarily as a Keurig machine. I used it for two pods and put it back in the box to return it. This was when it was $40. Not a bad price at $20 but the flaws still exist. Two serious flaws:

1. Unlike a Keurig machine which provides a steady stream of water for the duration of the brew, this one pulses as you would expect from a drip machine. So it will pulse an ounce or two of water through the k-cup, pause and do so again. I was using pods that I haven't used before so perhaps they weren't as strong as other ones, but it seemed like they were more watered down.

2. Its pulsing action creates a mess. Rather than a steady stream, each pulse of 1 to 2 oz of coffee hitting the cup splashes.

I did not try the full carafe. I figured that would be decent.

My conclusion based on very limited testing is that if your primary use case is full carafe, and your secondary use case is k-cup, then this might be a good machine.

However, if your primary use case is k-cup, and your secondary use case is carafe, this is not the best machine.

I'm going to get a dedicated k-cup machine.

Mine just shipped, hopefully it arrives in better condition than a different model I got 2 months ago which arrived in pieces & sent back.
Reviews aren't very good on it lasting too long but for the price it's worth trying.
NOTE- mine isn't splashing if I use the fold down tray per instructions, biggest issue is how noisy it is compared to previous coffee pots.

I bought this but IDK why. Maybe I'll buy an airbnb so I have somewhere to put it.

That does not do single-serve/K-Cups, so not really comparable.
Yes it uses kcups or a pot. I bought one yesterday and it was 19.99. Haven't picked it up yet.

Site is not offering the option to ship to me. Says there are none in stock in a 250 mile radius. Deal may be dead.

just got mine, made sure it was a new & not refurb or repackaged unit before cleaning everything.

did a clean cycle, washed everything, then came back and made a pot of coffee & then an hour later used the k cup thing.

this things makes HOT coffee - which may be why they're blowing them out so cheap maybe?

again - this cost me a little over $5 after using 15 bucks in credit coupons best buy sent me.

worth it for a backup brewer or in a rental.

I didn't like it and will return it. Its material is cheap and only serves a certain amount. It is working, but this is its price of $20

Looks like BB completely removed the item from their site. Was it a price mistake?

If it works for $19.99 I ain't gonna be complaining. This thing will make all the cups of coffee I've consumed on vacation with powder creamer never happen again! Plus I'll be able to use all this ground coffee people been gifting me.

Mine just arrived and I tested with K-Cup pods. It seems to make them too watered down on all settings (8/10/12 oz). I'll be returning for a dedicated Keurig machine.
