Regardless, I personally love this shampoo. My wife bought it once because it was cruelty free but didn't like it. I personally thinks it makes my very fine hair look thicker. Even if I may not have the hair texture (or be of the target demographic) this shampoo seems to be geared toward.

Shea Moisture has a "hair type" quiz, and as a dude with "type 3" curly hair, this particular product is amazing. I can't imagine using any other kind of shampoo. My hair has never looked and felt better than using this, the conditioner, and their "curl mousse" all together.
