Rather not sleep on polyester (plastic) bedding.

I can't verify, but according to Reddit "Bullseye Deals is pretty much Target liquidating it's own stock in disguise. The building it ships from is right next to Target.com's HQ in Franklin Indiana."

I personally think it's that and a mix of open-box/returns on select items (those are marked as Open-Box on eBay though).

Why do they advertise as cotton? It's like Macy's wool suits and then you see that it's like 8% wool and the rest polyester and whatever other trash was laying around in their factory

I bought several items from bullseye on ebay because I am moving into a new house. I am returning almost all of them. They ship in flimsy boxes with no padding. The great majority of items arrived either damaged or with missing parts. If you are lucky you get a good deal. For me it's not worth the hassle to return so many items.

The 400 thread performance threshold are so so nice after several washes. I have 3 other threshold ones I rotate from this seller and those are my fav by far. Wish I woulda bought 4 sets of those. Lol

Also have the 250 percale, 300? organic, and flannel. Flannel is only good for the coldest month of the year. SO warm.

Seems odd to me people were using detective skills to figure out bullseye is target. Their logo is a bullseye and their mascot is named bullseye lol. I don't thing you needed Google or reddit to crack that mystery

They've changed their logo.
I see a white bull's head with a red eye in a red circle now. They do purchase surplus inventory from Target, but they aren't run by said company.

Don't be fooled by the thread count. Sateen isn't breathable or soft and not at all comparable with higher quality cotton sheets.

Threshold sells good bedsheets, but it's the Performance brand you want. That's the version that Wirecutter has as their top pick for best budget sheets. These sheets have a different name/materials.
