Vets have a monopoly on this heart guard because of the office visit requirements to get a prescription. This is a very safe medication and people that can show a recent vet visits set should be able to get this without a costly office visit.

It's worse than that. My vet is requiring a heart worm test before supplying prescription with the justification the dog has to be heart worm free. Am I suppose to get a heart worm test monthly now?
