Yes that's what I did, and the nozzle (not this type) was leaky afterward. Bought a dollar-tree one instead.

you want to disconnect hose before freezing temps. There will be some water left in hose and may be enough to burst your spigot. I got paranoid last winter when Seattle hit unusually cold temps and my indoor pipes were sputtering.

While I'm passing on this one for other reasons, my experience with just about anything Amazon says is shipping in a month or two or whatever, is it almost always gets sent way sooner. FWIW, not to mention you can cancel before it ships if it is taking too long, etc. 🙂
